TRAIN Seattle’s Fitness Jumpstart Program

This program is for you if:

*You want support in getting started in the gym with confidence

*You want the expertise of a professional to set you off on the right foot + give you information about technique, form, and the best training plan for your body —but don’t necessarily want or need ongoing personal training

*You feel overwhelmed by all of the options out there and don’t know where to begin

*If you want more consistent one-on-one support, we recommend starting with personal training or semi-private training with one of our trainers immediately. There is always the option to work with one of our trainers at a discounted rate after you complete the program.

Our jumpstart fitness program is custom-made for you—every time. We know that a lot of people don’t reach out to personal trainers because of the concern for a long-term commitment. While we do recommend creating a relationship with a trainer for the long-run — we know how important it is to have someone just help you get started. Our jumpstart program looks different for each person, but usually lasts a minimum of 3 months. This might include some in-person training sessions at our gym in downtown Seattle, TRAIN.
