Personal training sessions range from $100 - 150/hr for individual training. We encourage you to learn more about our personal training partners to select the best personal trainer for you. I started with zero weight lifting experience, but was looking for a trainer to teach me about weight lifting to increase my running endurance. Our workouts are challenging yet really rewarding. He is great for beginners because he emphasizes form, education and safety while still pushing you to work hard. What I enjoy most about our sessions is his sincere excitement for improvement and progress; I know I can give it my best and he'll match my intensity. Then we'll crack jokes and talk about music or video games during the rest period. It's always a blast! He has trained both me and my fiance, and our fitness needs are quite different. I have an old injury, so I needed to be careful working out. Sean build a plan designed specifically for my needs. I was so impressed that I added more sessions per week. TRAIN Seattle is a private gym, only open to our independent personal training partners and their clients. TRAIN Seattle was created to establish a community of like-minded individuals in the fields of fitness and healthcare who could support each other and drive success together.

The vision for TRAIN Seattle is to develop and nurture an environment for personal trainers and their clients that is not only unique and comfortable but also highly professional.
