Frank Horpel
Personal Training Partner
With 20 years of competitive athletic experience including a background in Division 1 swimming and Olympic Rowing training, I bring a wealth of knowledge and practical insights to my personal training sessions. I also have clinical experience as a physical therapy technician, which allows me to combine functional strength training and mobility with injury prevention and rehabilitation. I’ve coached people of all ages and abilities in the sports of rowing and swimming.
I’ve been a certified personal trainer for the last 5 years and specialize in creating customized workout plans that focus on lean body weight loss, mobility, functional strength, and sport-specific training. My approach to training is rooted in my belief that everyone deserves to move better, feel stronger, and achieve their personal fitness goals.
Whether you’re recovering from an injury, looking to improve your performance in a specific sport, or aiming to build muscle and lose body fat, I’ll work closely with you to design a plan that’s tailored to your unique needs.
My sessions are not just about physical transformation—they’re also about empowering you to build long-lasting habits, improve your overall health, and boost your confidence.
Whether you’re an athlete looking to take your performance to the next level or someone simply looking to improve their fitness and mobility, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
