Our hybrid program combines the precision of personal coaching with the convenience of app-based workouts, all guided by Dr. Kelsey Garvey, a physical therapist & certified strength & conditioning coach. Women’s Hybrid Personal Training Program:

20’s & 30’s

  • It's a strength training-based workout program & community. Our women’s hybrid program combines app-based workouts with optional in-person personal training sessions, designed for women who want guided training without the high cost of personal training. All members have access to our group chat for questions and peer-support.

    • 3 weekly strength workouts via Train Heroic app (+ optional add-on 4th workout - cardio & core)

    • At home or gym options (some equipment necessary)

    • 2 monthly small-group personal training sessions at TRAIN Seattle

    • Expert guidance & personalized advice from Dr. Kelsey Garvey, a physical therapist & certified strength & conditioning coach

    • Supportive community of like-minded women

    • Choice of hybrid or fully remote options

Our women's hybrid program combines app-based workouts with optional in-person personal training sessions, created for women who want expert guidance without the high cost of personal training.   • Hybrid members get 2 monthly in-person training sessions at TRAIN Seattle plus app-based workouts. Remote members receive the same expert programming and community support, but train entirely through our app.

  • Not at all! Our program meets you where you are. Dr. Kelsey provides form guidance, modifications, and progressions suitable for all experience levels.

  • For home workouts, you'll need dumbbells, resistance bands, and a stability ball. Gym-based workouts utilize standard gym equipment. We'll provide a complete equipment guide upon joining.

  • Hybrid members receive hands-on coaching during in-person sessions. All members can submit form videos for review and get feedback through our community chat.

  • Yes! Dr. Kelsey's background in physical therapy ensures safe, effective programming. Just let us know about any conditions, and we'll provide appropriate modifications.

  • Most workouts take 60 minutes. The optional fourth workout (cardio & core) can be completed in 30 minutes.

  • We combine the expertise of a physical therapist/strength coach, the flexibility of app-based workouts, the accountability of in-person training, and the support of a women's community - all at an accessible price point.

  • Beyond the in-person sessions, you'll get regular form checks, workout modifications, and answers to your questions through our community chat. Dr. Kelsey actively monitors and responds to ensure you're training safely and effectively.

  • The app-based format means your workouts travel with you. We provide travel-friendly modifications and can adjust your program around vacations or busy periods. Life happens - we'll help you stay consistent without perfect attendance.

  • Yes! Life changes, and so can your membership. We can adjust your plan monthly based on your schedule and needs.

  • We offer several small-group training time slots each month. Hybrid members book their sessions through our scheduling app, choosing times that work for their schedule.

  • While everyone's journey is different, we would expect to see increased strength, improved confidence in the gym, and more energy in daily life within the first few months. The key is consistent, progressive training - which our program is designed to support.
