I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NCI Certified Nutrition Coach and Mindset Specialist, skydiver, and dog dad.

My introduction to a “healthy lifestyle” came during high school, and it was very skewed… I thought it was as simple as “eat less and run more,” but unfortunately, this led to disordered eating and exercise habits that left me anorexic. With the help of several health professionals, I was able to build myself up to a healthy weight and learn what truly constitutes a healthy lifestyle. The help I received and the empowerment I felt from learning how to adequately treat my body inspired me to share my experience with others.

I studied mechanical engineering in college and worked in this field for a few years, but ultimately, I realized my true passion lies in helping others. My background in designing and analyzing complex systems fosters a unique approach to building effective health and fitness programs for my clients. Moreover, my understanding of mechanics lends to an interesting perspective of how exercise impacts the ultimate machine… The human body!
