As a physical therapist and personal trainer, I’m super curious about how our bodies heal and how they strengthen. I’ve been influenced and inspired by the work of Dr. Rachel Naomi Remen, MD. I connect with her worldview and story. In her book My Grandfather’s Blessings, she talks about strengthening the life in other people. She says: “We strengthen life at any time that we listen generously or encourage someone to find meaning, or wonder about possibility, or dream or hope or escape from self-judgement and inner criticism, or know that they matter.” This is what I’m trying to do for myself, and hope to bring to all of my clients in some way or another.

Personal Training

My clients are diverse, though I love working with those who resonate with my whole-body approach. I offer special assistance to those recovering from injury, working with an injury or pain, or those wanting to learn a new way of moving that honors their bodies and moves at a pace that matches their lifestyle. I am passionate about helping people find their strength and power through exploring movement.

I am also a co-founder and the Director of Physical Therapy at The Aftermath Agency PLLC. I specialize in chronic pain treatment and pelvic floor physical therapy.
